1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kxo8 website and its related services. By creating an account on the kxo8 platform or using the site, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

kxo8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open an account and use services on kxo8, the following conditions must be met:

3 Account Registration and Verification

4 Account Suspension and Closure

kxo8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• If false information is provided or evidence of identity fraud is found.
• If multiple accounts are created or operated.
• If evidence of bonus system abuse or fraudulent activity is found.
• If an attempt is made to exploit technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• If responsible gaming policies are violated.
• If it is established that the account is being operated from a legally restricted area.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time. In that case, any existing balance will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

5 Deposit Terms

kxo8 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.

6 Withdrawal Terms and Process

The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 5 to 30 minutes. A few important points to keep in mind regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.

7 Welcome Bonus Terms

kxo8 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw winnings from the bonus, you must complete bets worth ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 (wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

• The welcome bonus applies only once per player.
• After claiming the bonus, wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Bonus funds will be used before real money bets.

8 Bonus Abuse Policy

The following types of abuse of the kxo8 bonus system are strictly prohibited:

• Collecting bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Attempting to fulfil bonus requirements through risk-free betting strategies.
• Placing bets on restricted games using a bonus balance.
• If a promotion does not explicitly state its own terms, the general bonus policy terms of kxo8 will apply to that promotion.

If evidence of abuse is found, kxo8 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the associated account.

9 General Game Play Terms

kxo8 offers games from various leading providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, and Ezugi. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles and results are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

• Betting limits may vary according to the rules of each individual game.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, that round will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Incorrect results or amounts displayed due to a software error or server failure are subject to cancellation.
• kxo8 is not liable for bets lost due to connection issues.

10 Sports Betting Terms

kxo8 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The following policies apply to sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds displayed before a match starts may change; the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• If a bet is found to have been placed on the basis of inside information, that bet will be cancelled.

11 Self-Control Tools

15 VIP Tier Benefits

16 Limitation of Liability

kxo8 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet connection failure.
• Disruption to the services of a third-party payment provider.
• Loss arising from a player disclosing their own account credentials to another person.
• Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, government directives, or technological failures.

kxo8's total liability in any case will be limited to a maximum of the amount of your most recent deposit.

18 Governing Law and Miscellaneous

International online gaming standards will be followed in the interpretation and application of these terms. If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.

kxo8 reserves the right to make final decisions on the following matters:

• Interpretation and application of the terms.
• Matters relating to bonuses and promotions.
• Validity of game results.
• Decisions regarding account suspension or closure.

The Bengali version of these terms will be considered authoritative. In any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.
